Hey Shaina,
-Sooo, I got on your blog and searched by month to find the choc. cake and frosting recipe I have been meaning to copy off of here. Finally found it in september blogs. Anyhow, for some reason, the cake recipe is a little messed up. I couldn't tell the measurements of the ingredients b/c they were too far to the left. Frosting recipe was fine. Thanks for sharing! I'm trying to figure out how to work chocolate frosting into the decorating of Victoria's bday cake. She wants an animal cake...I'm going to make some sort of scene w/ a hill or something and then add trees and animals. Thinking maybe I'll make the hill a mountain so it can be brown...meaning chocolate -- YUM! Just not a huge fan of white cake w/ white icing...seriously, if there's no chocolate, why waste the calories??! --Hilary
